Once shipped all domestic packages are sent with USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 2-5 business days to ship without delays.

You have up to 24hrs after placing your order to cancel your purchase for a full refund. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

You are always eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the packaging or items when shipping back. Niar reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

If your order was placed within rest of US/rest of world, you are eligible to both return and exchange, but all costs for shipping and duties/import & export taxes will then be paid by the client.
